These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk804 online gaming platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.
pk804 will conduct KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and, where applicable, proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
pk804 reserves the right to decline any registration application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk804 login credentials, including your password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your pk804 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified pk804 in advance that your account has been compromised.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact pk804 support immediately via live chat. pk804 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
pk804 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Deposits made via unsupported or unrecognised payment channels will not be credited and may be subject to a return processing period of up to 10 business days.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your pk804 account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. pk804 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pk804 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits are credited to your pk804 account in PKR. There are no foreign exchange conversions applied. Withdrawal requests from verified pk804 accounts are processed on the same business day for amounts within standard thresholds, subject to the payment processing timelines of the receiving bank or mobile wallet. Before processing any withdrawal, pk804 requires the completion of KYC verification. Documents required include a valid CNIC copy and confirmation of your registered payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method that has not been verified as belonging to you.

All bets placed on the pk804 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or market as displayed at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that market or game.
pk804 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
Winning bets are credited to your pk804 account balance promptly following settlement. Results are determined by official sources and verified scoreboards. In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, you must contact pk804 support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being posted.
pk804 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is active. These general bonus terms apply to all pk804 promotions unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion's individual terms.
pk804 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions in which they are currently participating.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk804 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pk804 platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit pk804's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by pk804's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.
pk804's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
pk804 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk804 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the pk804 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the pk804 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to KYC completion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk804 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
pk804 operates an internal complaints procedure as the first point of resolution for all player disputes. To lodge a formal complaint, players should contact pk804 support via live chat with full details of the dispute. pk804 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to preserve their legal rights pending arbitration.
